A focussed massage on a few key areas. Expect a posture assessment and remedial consultation. Advanced sports techniques, soft tissue release, deep tissue work, stretching, myofascial release and mobilisation. A clinical massage approach.
Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage has origins to Ayurveda, indigenous healing rituals and ceremony, traditional Chinese medicine and healing traditions across India, Asia, Japan, North America, Hawaii and the Middle East. Set routines are not available, heated volcanic rocks, gentle massage for connecting to rest and the body.
Restorative Massage

A massage combining my knowledge of different bodywork and healing practices. A massage may include techniques such as hot stones massage, cupping, visceral massage. These techniques have an ancient heritage to Indigenous healing medicine and practices noted in Egyptian, Chinese, Tibetan, Arabic, Islamic healing traditions and medical practice. Set routines are not available, a holistic approach , connecting to the breath work and the body.
