Heated volcanic rocks, a gentle massage for your individual needs, connecting to rest and relaxation.
Restorative Massage

A massage combining my knowledge of different bodywork and healing practices. Treatments may include techniques such as hot stones massage, cupping, visceral massage. These techniques have an ancient heritage to Indigenous healing medicine and practices noted in Egyptian, Chinese, Tibetan, Arabic, Islamic healing traditions and medical practice. Set routines are not available, a holistic and remedial approach , connecting to the breath work and the body.
